Precise definitions for reliable test reports

To ensure that analyses and environmental indicators remain legally comparable, we define which parameters, threshold values, and data collection methods are binding for our reports.

Scope of sampling

All data refers to samples taken according to the standardized protocol AG-P-2024. Deviating sampling points or times are separately marked in the test report and are not comparable with routine measurements.

Measurement uncertainty and tolerance limits

Each measured value is stated with the expanded measurement uncertainty (k=2). If a result exceeds the legal maximum amount only within this uncertainty, the sample is considered borderline and is subjected to a second analysis.

Environmental indicators: data collection basis

The CO2 footprint, water consumption, and energy demand are calculated based on the operating area and the documented production volume. Purchased preliminary products are only included if the supplier provides a validated data basis.

Residue analysis: method reference

Pesticide residue determination is carried out using the QuEChERS multi-method with LC-MS/MS and GC-MS/MS. Deviating procedures are explicitly stated in the report and are not equivalent to the standard method.

Digital certificate: validity

A digital test certificate is only valid in the unaltered PDF version with QR code. Printouts or screenshots without a verification code are not accepted as proof by buyers. The validity period is a maximum of twelve months from sample receipt.

Supply chain monitoring: data currency

Real-time data from sensors is transmitted with a delay of no more than 15 minutes. In the event of connection interruptions, the measuring device stores the values locally and transmits them after the connection is restored. Gaps exceeding 24 hours lead to automatic marking in the report.
