These terms govern the use of the digital platform for food analytics and quality control. They apply to all registered farms, laboratories, and buyers who access our test reports and environmental indicators.
AgrarLab provides a web-based platform for the collection, evaluation, and documentation of laboratory analyses of agricultural products. The platform supports the monitoring of biological production processes, the creation of automated test reports, and the calculation of environmental indicators along the supply chain. The specific functions depend on the scope of services booked.
Users are responsible for the accuracy of the sample and operational data they enter. Laboratory results may only be shared with complete documentation of the measurement methodology. Access credentials must be treated as confidential and must not be shared with third parties. Changes to master data must be updated without delay.
The platform is maintained with the care of a proper laboratory operator. Warranty for the completeness or accuracy of automatically generated indicators is provided only within the scope of the underlying measurement data. AgrarLab is not liable for damages arising from incorrect entries, incomplete sample labeling, or improper interpretation of test reports. Liability for gross negligence and intent remains unaffected.
All generated test reports are intended exclusively for internal quality verification and for sharing with authorized buyers. Public publication of analysis data requires prior written consent. Environmental indicators are determined based on standardized calculation models and may vary depending on the data collection methods of upstream suppliers.
Use of the platform begins with the activation of access and runs for an indefinite period. Either party may terminate the agreement with four weeks' notice to the end of the month. After termination, stored data will be retained for 90 days for archiving purposes, unless statutory retention obligations require longer storage.
AgrarLab reserves the right to adjust these terms if legal framework conditions or the scope of platform functions change. Users will be informed by email at least four weeks before the changes take effect. If a user does not object within this period, the new terms are deemed accepted.
